Kim Fairchild graduated from Towanda High School and attended Penn State University. She has been with the Progress Authority since 2000 as the administrative assistant. Her organizational, clerical and accounting skills help the Authority to run smoothly.

Kim has a daughter and granddaughter who live in Savannah Georgia.
