Kim Barnes, Wysox Township municipal official representative since 2001.
Kim is the Deputy Director of Northern Tier Regional Planning & Development Commission.

Walter Becker, North Towanda Township member at large since 2004.
Walt is the Director of the Northern Tier Career Center.

Newman Benson, Wysox Township financial institution representative.
Newman is one of the founding board members of the Progress Authority. He is a retired business owner.

Dr. Avery Boardman, Towanda Township IDC member since 2006. Avery is an optometrist with an office in Wysox.

Donald Brennan, North Towanda Township IDC representative since 2001.
Don is the CFO of Northern Tier Counseling, and serves as CBPA treasurer.

Nancy Curry, Towanda Borough business representative. Nancy is one of the founding
members of the Progress Authority. She is a retired controller from OSRAM Sylvania.

Henry C. Dunn, Towanda Borough IDC representative. Henry is one of the founding members
of the Progress Authority. He is the president of Henry Dunn, Inc.

Thomas J. Fairchild, Jr., Towanda Borough municipal official representative. Tom is one
of the founding members of the Progress Authority. He is the Towanda Borough Manager.

Dr. Thomas L. Henson, Towanda Township member at large. Tom is one of the founding members
of the Progress Authority. Tom is a retired Director of Research and Development from
OSRAM Sylvania, and serves as CBPA vice president.

Frank Hoffmann, Wysox Township IDC representative. Frank was a board member in 2000-2001, and
was re-appointed again in 2006. Frank is a retired educator.

Philip D. Kaminsky, North Towanda Township business representative. Phil is one of the
founding members of the Progress Authority. He is the Towanda Accounting Manager at DuPont.

Paul Kreischer, Towanda Township financial institution representative. Paul is one of the
founding members of the Progress Authority. Paul is Vice President of Henry Dunn, Inc. and
serves as CBPA president.

Jody Place, Towanda Township business representative since 2002. Jody is Area Manager for Penelec.

Craig Rieder, Towanda Borough member at large since 2006. Craig is the Human Resources Director at OSRAM Sylvania.

Robert A. Sheets, North Towanda Township municipal official representative since 1998. Bob is a salesman
for Bradco Supply, and serves as CBPA secretary.

Charmaine H. Stempel, North Towanda Township financial institution representative since 1996.
Charmaine is retired from Citizens & Northern Bank.

Charlotte S. Sullivan, Towanda Township municipal official representative. Charlotte is one
of the founding members of the Progress Authority. She is a retired Human Resources Assistant
from OSRAM Sylvania.

Paul Sweitzer, Towanda Borough financial institution representative since 2001. Paul is an insurance/real
estate professional for Henry Dunn, Inc.

Walter E. Warburton, Jr., Wysox Township member at large. Sonny, as he is known, is one of
the founding members of the Progress Authority. He is the owner of Wysox Sand & Gravel.
